I would like to share my NOTD with you.
I created this look with these ~
2 coats of Zoya Luna as base
2 coats of OPI Mad as Hatter
Deborah Lippman Happy Birthday - I did this as one coat, but then dotted it wherever looked too scant (in terms of glitter).
Finished up with Seche Vite
That's it! Hope today was a good one.
