This is my NOTD. I used Navy by Eyes Lips Face - 2 coats. This stuff is super smooth in application, not clumpy or thick, and it's inexpensive to the max. Then I put dots of clear top coat (Seche Vite) where I wanted the cutout hearts, then stuck those on with my pointer finger. For extra protection, I put more Seche Vite on top.Monday, May 10, 2010
NOTD ~ Dark Skies, Shiny Hearts
